A 44,000 sq ft interior renovation produced a state-of-the-art material testing and analysis laboratory, washrooms, offices and lab stations. The work also included a structural steel mezzanine along with major upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems to accommodate sophisticated venting procedures.
